Not really sure how I haven't done a review. This is one of my go to spots in the suburbs for sushi and udon. The service is always very attentive no matter how busy it gets. I got my go to order: the baby King Kong and the tempura udon lunch special. It comes with miso soup, the udon, and the tempura. The udon is flavorful and the King Kong is tasty. I feel like the prices are reasonable. It's been remodeled within the last couple years and it's much brighter. It's always clean. No matter what, I don't think you can make a bad choice.
I've been coming here for many years and have had nearly everything on the menu. The food is consistently above average. Great flavors and the presentation is excellent. On top of that, they work really hard to ensure you are having a great meal. This is one of my favorites.
Best sushi I've ever had in the burbs. King Kong roll was amongst the best sushi I've had in my life. Everything else was really good but the King Kong roll was a cut above. The last few times I've ordered from them the food has been phenomenal.
Recently started going here because of the reddit reviews. Incredibly good quality sushi and at reasonable pricing. Great selection of drinks. The staff is warm and the ambiance is very cozy. One of our favorite spots in the western suburbs.
Best place for sushi in Carol Stream, hands down. Looks like a little hole in the wall place but don't let that fool you. Staff are very attentive and the food was fresh and delicious.
This is a good quality sushi place. I got a few maki rolls and a spicy salmon roll. It's like any other sushi place. Good service and is a nice clean place to eat

Don't let the strip mall location fool you--Kinta has tons of cozy seating tucked away. They also have great bento boxes for lunch specials and lots of local professionals tend to stop by, which they seem to be prepared for because service is very prompt. Take-out is also excellent and fresh. A well kept secret of Carol Stream!
Stopped by this little gem in Carol Stream for lunch and it was such a pleasant surprise! Cute little place, staff was so friendly and sushi was fresh! We got the sashimi lunch special and it came with miso soup, a little house salad, a California roll, 4 pieces of chef selection sushi and about 6 pieces of sashimi and a small bowl of rice. It was perfect and hit the spot. Sashimi was on the thin side but for $14 lunch special and you get all this food, not a bad deal at all.
